How do I register?

Follow the registration link you are sent from GalaBid to log in and place bids.

To Register via browser

Visit: galabid.com/lfraawards

Click on the ‘Register‘ button

Enter your details and click ‘Register’

You will then receive a verification link and the verification code. Either enter the verification code into your device, or simply click the link to complete your verification. You are now ready to bid.

How do I place a bid?

Click into the item that you would like to bid on, then enter your bid where the box has ‘enter bid amount’. To submit the bid, click ‘bid now’.

It must be equal to or above the ‘next minimum bid’ which is displayed under the item name. If your bid is successful you will see a ‘winning’ label next to the item name.

If you are not registered for the auction you will be prompted to enter your details and register before placing your bid.

How do I know if I’ve been outbid on an item?

If you are outbid, you will receive a notification with a link back to the item. You can click this link to take you directly to the item where you have the option to place a higher bid.

The item you have been outbid on will have an ‘outbid’ label next to the item name.

You can also check by going to the ‘my account’ tab and clicking on ‘activity’.

How do I know if I’ve won an item?

If you win an item, you will be notified when the auction closes. The notification will contain a link that you can click to view your invoice and make payment for the item/s.

How do I make a donation?

To make a donation, click on the donation item within the item list and enter the amount that you would like to donate. If there is a minimum donation amount this will be displayed. After entering the amount, click on the donate button. You will then be prompted to enter your credit card details so that the donation can be processed. You will be sent a tax invoice after any payment. After the campaign has been closed you can download/email your tax invoice by going to My Account – Checkout

How do I edit my details?

To make changes to the details that you entered when registering for the auction, click on the ‘my account’ tab and then ‘account details’.
